I have created “A Longer Life” as my offering to anyone who wants to live their longest, healthiest life and keep their loved ones in their life around longer. What could possibly be more precious or important? We introduce you to how we intend to guide you along your longevity journey - and longevity mindset is where it all begins!

We cannot approach the concept of a “longevity mindset”, without first understanding what the term ‘mindset’ refers to. In this lesson, we explore this concept, including exploring the definition of mindset and what we can learn from the origins of this word. 

Growth versus Fixed Mindset. What do these terms mean? And why are they relevant to a longevity mindset? In this lesson we compare and contrast these two mindsets and frame them within the context of planning for your long term health. 

The Longevity Mindset is a growth mindset by nature. It believes that by learning and taking action, it can change the outcome of its long-term health. Your health destiny is in your hands - we look into why.

This lesson challenges the notion that disease is an inevitable part of aging by introducing the concept of a longevity mindset, akin to a growth mindset, which is shaped by transformative realizations. It demonstrates that common limiting beliefs about aging, such as the inevitability of disease or the loss of joy, are not destiny but self-imposed constraints that can be reshaped through conscious choice, lifestyle, and most importantly - mindset.

In this lesson, we delve into the origins of limiting beliefs about aging, such as the inevitability of sickness and frailty, which stem from the commonplace observation of chronic diseases and physical decline in modern society. These perceptions are shaped by societal values prioritizing productivity and consumption, alongside a decline in cultural values like family support, leading us to subconsciously expect the same health challenges as we age.

In this lesson, we are going to look into the science that demonstrates why this is the case, and reveal information to you which is likely new / not well understood. Importantly we need to revisit an important misconception about genetics

In this lesson we introduce "Longevity Legends," and highlight inspiring individuals like 90+ year-old sprinter Hiro Tanaka and 80+ year-old powerlifter Shirley Webb, who defy aging stereotypes through their remarkable physical achievements and longevity mindset.
