Why we have partnered
with Pulsetto
with Pulsetto
We love Pulsetto's vision of a wearable that combats mental health and anxiety problems.
Lithuanian based Pulsetto was Co-Founded by Povilas Sabaliauskas and Vitalijus Majorovas, who have leveraged their expertise in neuromodulation, sleep and engineering to create a vagus nerve stimulation device with profound health benefits.
Our top Pulsetto questions from our readers, answered
Does Pulsetto work? Is Pulsetto legitimate?
With any longevity technology you see appearing on A Longer Life, you can trust that it is science backed and comes from a company with quality values focused on helping their customers. Pulsetto is legit!
The Pulsetto device 100% works - although its impact is more noticeable for some. Nick reports it is helping him fall asleep faster and manage work related stress. He uses it daily!
What does Pulsetto do? Does the Pulsetto help with _____ ?
The Pulsetto is a vagus nerve stimulator device, worn on the neck. VNS therapies have over five decades of science behind them, and work by sending electromagnetic signals into your vagus nerve to promote a sense of calm & wellbeing. A recent 2024 review documented some very impressive impacts across nearly every major organ in the human body!
How many times a day should you take or use Pulsetto?
We asked this question of Pulsetto CEO Povilas, and his answer surprised us. Most of the benefits of VNS via the Pulsetto can be seen with as little as four minutes of use! (HELAINA: Please use YouTube video about ‘4 minutes’ at right here)
Can you wear the Pulsetto to sleep? Does vagus nerve stimulation help sleep?
We don’t recommend you sleep with your Pulsetto on, however, it is comfortable enough that you may fall asleep with it on.
Vagus nerve stimulation has documented benefits in reducing sleep latency (time to fall asleep) and Pulsetto has anecdotal evidence that it is likely to improve REM sleep (and lead to more vivid dreams!)
